In-place campus amenities include:

Two full service cafeterias (indoor/outdoor seating), one café and our proprietary on-line food delivery service called “The Lunch Box”.   Additionally, 100 Campus Drive features a Barista/Wine Bar.

Park Avenue at Morris County has a state of the art conference center available to tenants free of charge on a first come first service basis.  Our three-room conference center accommodates groups of up to 30 people in one room.  Our largest room can be set up for boardroom or classroom style seating as required.  The conference center is conveniently located adjacent to the full-service cafeteria in the 100 building, allowing our chef to easily cater your conference functions.

A full service fitness center is available to tenants free of charge.  We have consulted with fitness experts to ensure our center has state of the art fitness equipment designed to address almost any workout regimen. The fitness center is equipped with an aerobic room, where we offer a variety of fitness classes from zumba to yoga as requested by our tenants.  Personal training sessions can be scheduled within the center. To address the physical strain of a hard days’ work, our fitness center includes a private massage therapy room operated by a licensed therapist.  A licensed physical therapist is also available in the fitness center for scheduled sessions.

A full sized basketball court with volleyball and pop-up soccer field area have recently been completed.
